HOW TO USE
- Make sure skin has been cleaned and dried before applying muscle tape
- Tear the release paper from middle, do mot start form the edge
- Pull the paper when applying, the stretch will be 120%, no need extra tretching
- Stop for 3secods at the beginning and the end when applying, which can reduce itch effectively
- After application, rub tape briskly to achieve adhesive
- Apply at least 1 hour before exercising, swimming or showing
- If you want to remove the kinesiology tape, roll up the tape from edge, it can make you feel better when peeling off
